That’s why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!Our highly experienced technical team representatives will transfer your web site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got broad experience migrating websites and can handle everything – from an average WordPress blog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered site, to a very complex, custom–built application.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, because there are lots of factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not very large).

A: We do not collect any personal information. We will need, however, the login info for your current hosting account and the name of the web site that you want to transfer.

A: In order for us to start the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the exact same information you have provided to your old web host. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. Once the migration is over, we will make certain that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to telling you that the migration is complete. After that, we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to update the DNS records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Basically, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
