Monitoring & Rebooting

Your server will be added to a custom–built monitoring software system and anytime there’s a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be alerted straight away.

Weekly Backups

If you own a high–profile site or a data–intensive web app, it is extremely important to keep a complete backup copy of everything. Yet, configuring an automated backup system is difficult. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services package – we pledge to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS server, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the customizations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up certain software applications on it. And if this sounds like something much too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services offer, is the most suitable solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our practiced sysadmins who will install any software or solve any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it is an extra feature.
